What happened last week
Last week, the 37th GMIC dividend distribution and GREF monthly distribution were announced. The GMIC dividends for the first quarter of the 2022 fiscal year remained at $0.02/unit and the GREF maintained its monthly payout of 0.5%.
As of December 31, 2021, Gentai Capital has managed GMIC for over 9 years, funding 563 mortgages totalling $695.88 million, successfully achieving the target annual return of 8.24%*, and consistently paying dividends (37 dividends + 2 special dividends) with total dividends paid of $ $50,710,598.
Since GREF was founded on June 1st,2021, 0.5%* distribution per month has been achieved. We have invested in 80 mortgages in total with a cumulative loan amount of $47.54 million, yielding a cumulative distribution of $273,183.13.
